Prophetic Words for St. Andrew’s Women’s Retreat
February 6-8, 2026
- For a woman who reads Proverbs 31 and struggles to be the ideal wife. It is not in the doing, but in the being – being in a relationship with God, through Jesus, that the Holy Spirit will enable you to become what you desire.
- For a woman who is reluctant to wear her green dress. Remember, it is only a dress. What is truly attractive is the grace and gentleness with which you approach others. That is your gifting and it touches the lives of others around you.
- For a lady in her 50s with two grandchildren under the age of 10. The Lord has strategically placed you in their lives to show them the love of Jesus. He is giving you wisdom for those relationships.
- For someone whose favorite color is blue and when you look at a blue sky, you reflect on God’s majesty and receive His peace. The Holy Spirit is your Comforter, Counselor, and Helper. He is revealing more of Himself to you.
- For a woman who has fond memories of your grandmother calling you “sweet pea” and is in a job/role where you serve others. You are My hands and feet to many who are under your care. Allow Me to direct you in the commitments you make. Ps. 32:8
- For a woman named Patricia who likes the color purple. Take hold of the authority you have as My daughter, a daughter of the King, and trample on the things that are trying to distract and discourage you. Jeremiah 29:11
- For a lady who was given the nickname Hurricane Sally because she has an outgoing personality. Your energy is contagious for “all things for God.” Continue strong!
- For a lady who has been pondering and questioning whether she has patience. Taking time at the end of the day to reflect with the Lord will guide you to the answer.
- For a lady who memorized the books of the New Testament for a school assignment and has a chant to recall them. Go back to your favorite book to find new insight from the Lord.
- For a woman with black hair and glasses named Alice. You have planted many seeds of faith among your friends, and your harvest will be abundant.
- For a woman who has loved tiger lilies since childhood. The light of the Holy Spirit inside you is a source of inspiration for those around you.
- For a young woman who rode to the retreat with a friend because your engine light has been on. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, it will be poured into your lap. (Luke 6:38)
- For a woman with white hair who came this weekend hoping to meet some women your age. God sees you and you have great value in His kingdom.
- For a woman who wore pigtails as a little girl and corn is your favorite food. God wants to give you rest.
- For a woman who played competitive volleyball in high school and was known for her serve. God loves the way you proclaim His name for all to see.
- For a woman who has fallen recently but did not hit her head. Jesus wants you come to Him, give your burdens to Him, and to rest in Him.
- For a woman who holds the name Betty close to her heart. Jesus knows you and loves you and is calling you into deeper intimacy with Him.
- For a 25-year-old blonde woman who has been thinking about how much she is enjoying being a professional, working and adulting. God is teaching you how to live by faith by obeying His Word. The Holy Spirit will empower and strengthen your inmost being as you continue to choose to trust and obey Him.
- For a senior saint and longtime member of St. Andrews named Nancy, who went to the Christmas senior luncheon. Your faithfulness to believe God in the small things of life will yield great eternal fruit in God’s Kingdom. Well done, good and faithful servant!
- For a woman who has several succulent plants on the kitchen windowsill and who feels like her life is boring. Invite Jesus into the mundane tasks of life and He will bring purpose and perspective. Col 3:23-24
- For a woman who had a pet parakeet as a child. God knew you before He formed you in your mother’s womb.
- For someone who, just a few days ago, sat at their kitchen table, staring out the window, crying. You feel like your close friend has pulled away. Ask the Holy Spirit for a kind and gentle way to ask her about it. The truth will give you peace and freedom.
- For someone with light brown, medium length hair, that’s very wavy and loves to wear colorful scarves. The Holy Spirit is saying, “It is not too late. It is not too late.”
- For a woman named Cheryl who has been in “knots” mulling something over. You will hear a word saying, “this is the way, walk in it” when you turn to the right or left. You will be blessed in the Spirit as you walk forward.
- For a woman who raises chickens in her backyard with the help of her children. The Lord knows the troubles in your heart and reminds you of His peace. John 14:27
- For a woman whose favorite vacation includes family hiking trips to waterfalls. God is not frugal with His love – it is abundant and unending.
- For a young woman with long strawberry blonde hair who is considering a ministry opportunity. The Lord will give you the direction and tools you need in His time. You are not missing anything.
- For a woman who had a skin lesion attended to by her dermatologist last week. I love your high expectations of Me, and I AM entering into them to show you unimaginable things. Remain expectant.
- For a blonde-haired woman who loves red licorice. You are an integral part of several groups of friends, and the Lord uses you to help Him form a “three-stranded cord not easily broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:12
- When you see red and white gingham (checked) fabric, it reminds you of your childhood kitchen and baking cookies with your Mom. Your kitchen was the heart of your home where you felt warmth, love and acceptance. Jesus wants to be that place for you now.
- For a recent graduate starting your career who has long brown hair. When you recently attended a conference with a speaker who is a leader in your field, you were excited and paid attention to that speaker. Father God, too, desires to teach and listen to you each day.
- For a woman who finds deep meaning from these lyrics: “How deep the Father’s love for us, how vast beyond all measure”. God’s love is not only meant to be beheld, but to be experienced. Step into his love.
