Serving at Boone Hall

Every year in excess of 250 volunteers serve our community as we hold our Easter Sunday Service at Boone Hall.  We hope you will join us by lending a helping hand.

Parking Team

Saturday, April 4 | 10 am – 12pm

Meet the team leader in Boone Hall parking lot. Team will set up the parking lot and review tasks for Sunday. You will hear from the parking team leader prior to April 3.

Sunday, April 5 |  7 am – 11:30am

Volunteers should arrive by 7 am Sunday to direct traffic. Head to the parking lots after communion and direct departing traffic. Once traffic clears, return all traffic cones and supplies to the main tent area.

Tent and Stage Decorating Team

Saturday, April 4 | 11 am – 12:30 pm

Volunteers will decorate the perimeter of the main tent and the stage. We will have greenery clippings, but feel free to bring extra. Please bring garden gloves and tools to cut!

Tear Down Team

Sunday, April 5 | 10:15 am – 11:45 am

Please meet at the front of the stage after the service to start the breakdown process. If you have a truck please load the excess waste. All other waste can be placed in trash bags. After tearing down, please join Maggie and Rick at the church to unload the truck.

Ushers

Sunday, April 5, 7:30 am – 11:30 am

Assist with seating, offering, and communion. Clean up and load equipment on trucks after the service.

Greeters

Sunday, April 5, 7:45 am – 11:30 am

Welcome guests before and after service. Be alert for emergency needs.
