Children's Ministry
Children’s Ministry focuses on building relationships with families in order to connect both parents and children to the presence and power of Jesus Christ. Through age-appropriate worship, teachings, games, and special events we want to help children discover and strengthen their faith. We serve children 6 weeks old through 5th grade and their parents.
First Time at St. Andrew’s?
If you are new to St. Andrew’s, please bring your children to the ground floor of Ridley Hall to check in. Enter through the East Entrance of the Ministry Center and go down the stairs to the right. On subsequent visits, elementary age children can be checked in at the kiosks in the Ministry Center Foyer or in the Children’s Ministry lobby.
Sunday Mornings
On Sundays, children 6 weeks old through 4K are dropped off in Children’s Ministry. Older children, 5K through fifth grade, will start by attending the service with their parents and then will follow the cross out of the Sanctuary to the children’s programs. All children must be picked up by their parents after the service. All children must be checked in and have a nametag in order to be admitted downstairs.
Hours of Operation
Children’s Ministry closes 10 minutes after the service or event ends.

Serving in Children’s Ministry
We desire for every child we encounter to know they are seen, for them to be known, and for them to know they are loved by Jesus and his Church. Adults and teens serve in a variety of ways in Children’s Ministry to ensure children are seen, known, and loved. On Sunday mornings, volunteers serve as greeters or small group leaders and during the week, volunteers are needed to decorate and prepare for Sunday mornings. Sunday volunteers are asked to serve one or two Sundays each month during one service. Learn more about serving in Children’s Ministry.
