Please join us for the Institution of the Rev’d Canon Randy Forrester as the Rector of St. Andrew’s Church. Our Bishop holds spiritual oversight for all the churches in his Diocese. From the earliest days of the Church, the Bishop has delegated spiritual and canonical authority to ministers who lead congregations. In the service, the Bishop will delegate “full power and authority to carry out the ministry of Rector of this Congregation.”
