Unquenchable (ən-ˈkwen-chə-bəl): 1) unable to be extinguished. An unquenchable FIRE; 2) not capable of being satisfied, quelled, or discouraged. An unquenchable THIRST.
Jesus promised that his Holy Spirit would fill every believer. His promise came with a command: Do not quench the Spirit. His promise came with encouragement: Walk with the fruit of the Spirit. His promise came with a directive – Eagerly seek the higher gifts of the Spirit. Given this….
- Shouldn’t believers be filled with a fire that cannot be extinguished?
- Shouldn’t believers have an ongoing thirst for the things of the Spirit?
- Shouldn’t believers be UNQUENCHABLE?
Join your St. Andrew’s sisters for a retreat like no other.
- A retreat filled with worship and prayer.
- A retreat filled with teaching by esteemed biblical scholar, Beth Moore.
- A retreat that will leave you UNQUENCHABLE.

Parking
Because our church is located in the quaint, historic Old Village area of Mt. Pleasant, parking is limited. Therefore, we encourage everyone to please carpool. Carpool, carpool, carpool. We can’t emphasize that enough.
Parking options:
963 Houston Northcutt Blvd, Mt. Pleasant SC 29464 (The Cinebarre theater parking lot) This is the most reliable option.
We will be running shuttles from this lot to the church starting at the following times each day:
- Thursday afternoon: 5:15 pm
- Friday morning: 9:15 am
- Friday afternoon: 5:15 pm
- Saturday morning 9:15 am
Shuttles will be available during and after the sessions to take you back to the Cinebarre lot.
Venning St. gravel lot at the church and the Johnson-Halls funeral home lot in the same block on Venning. Please look for parking signs and follow the directions of the parking attendants. THESE LOTS WILL FILL UP QUICKLY.
Side streets around the church (Whilden St., Royal Ave., Pitt St.) Please be careful not to block the driveways or park in the yards of neighborhood residents.
There are limited handicapped spaces at the church. If you require handicapped parking we suggest you arrive early or, if not using a wheelchair, utilize the shuttles from the Cinebarre lot.
Please be aware that the St. Andrew’s Day School will be in session on Friday morning. Drop-off occurs on Venning St and there will be considerable street congestion until drop off has ended around 9:20 am. We encourage using the shuttles from Cinebarre Friday morning. If you choose to park at the church, please be aware of small children crossing the street.
Arrival and Check-in
Please enter the St. Andrew’s Ministry Center on Venning St. according to the first letter of your last name as it appears on this email. There will be signage and greeters to help direct you to the correct entrance. Elevators are located at each entrance for those unable to use stairs.
- A – K West Entrance (entrance closer to the historic church)
- L – Z East Entrance (entrance closer to the middle school)
At the top of the steps, a greeter will direct you to an open check-in table in accordance with your last name. You will be checked in and receive your nametag lanyard. Your nametag will serve as your ticket so please have it on at all times at the retreat. Proceed to the next station to receive your gift bag.
If you wish to put your name into the lottery for a prophetic appointment, proceed to the Prophetic Ministry table toward the middle of the foyer where you will write your name on an index card and put it in the bowl.
If you are unable to attend Thursday night, make sure to check in on Friday morning using the same process as above.
